3. Schedules
Check-in: From 2:00 PM.
Check-out: By 12:00 PM. No exceptions. Failure to comply with this schedule will result in a charge for an additional daily rate.
4. Visitor Policy
Receiving visitors in rooms who are not previously registered at check-in is prohibited. The fine for violations will be equivalent to two daily rates. Guests and registered companions will receive an identification wristband during their stay.
5. Equipment Usage
Turn off fans, air conditioning, lights, and TV when leaving the room.
The air conditioning must be used only with doors and windows closed to ensure efficiency.
6. Services and Additional Charges
Room cleaning and tidying during your stay will be carried out upon request at no additional charge.
Extra pillows and towels are available upon request for an additional fee.
Washing or ironing clothes in the room is not allowed.
7. Conduct on Hotel Premises
Respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The use of speakers or any kind of sound equipment is not allowed in common areas.
Pets are not allowed.
8. Care for the Infrastructure
Avoid throwing any objects into toilets or sinks that may cause blockages.
Keep taps and flushes closed. Any issues must be reported immediately to management.
Showering in the outdoor shower is mandatory when returning from the beach.
9. Hot Tub Usage Guidelines
The heated tubs in the suites are designed for relaxing moments. To ensure safety and comfort, follow the usage instructions available in the room.
We recommend the water temperature not exceed 37°C to avoid discomfort.
The use of oils or foams not provided by the hotel is prohibited to ensure the heating systems' integrity.
If you notice any malfunction or issue, please contact reception immediately.
Use the hot tub safely, with special attention to children and individuals with limited mobility.
10. Fines and Penalties
Smoking in indoor areas fine: R$ 500.00 (according to Law No. 13,541/2009).
Damage to bed or bath linens (caused by sunscreen, bronzer, makeup, etc.): The cost of replacement will be charged.
11. Payment and Reservations
All reservation-related charges must be settled at check-in. Do not insist on paying after check-out.
Raízes do Mar Hotel is not responsible for personal belongings left in rooms or common areas.
12. Breakfast and Meals
Breakfast is included in your stay and prepared with fresh, local products.
Breakfast service is personalized and delivered directly to your suite, ensuring an exclusive and intimate experience.
At check-in, you can schedule your preferred breakfast time. The service is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
For changes to the scheduled time, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to ensure the best experience.
13. On-Site Parking
Raízes do Mar offers on-site parking, allowing one car per accommodation.
For guests requiring additional spaces, availability and an additional fee must be verified.
We ask that guests park their vehicles in designated areas and respect signage to ensure everyone's safety.
14. Other Considerations
The entire hotel is monitored by cameras for your safety.
To use the pool or barbecue area, please schedule in advance at the reception.
